Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your product, all orders are eligible for a return with a full refund for 14 days after your purchase. However, you will be responsible for paying shipping to return the item to our facility. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of your return request. You will receive your refund within 48 hours of our having received your returned item. If we have not received the item within that time, your return request will be canceled and considered void.

    Content and Politics

    All content provided by Lakujo abides by the content policies of major platforms, Google, YouTube, Facebook, etc.. If content would cause an uproar there, it shouldn’t be on this site either.

    By using Lakujo or making purchases through this site, you, the visitor, agree to accept any liability for damages, fees, and/or community offense incurred by your participation with the site, its content or its community. This includes consequences of hate speech, explicit posts, pedophilic posts, misogynistic, homophobic, or racist rhetoric, and other potentially offensive or harmful material.

    All Lakujo content is carefully curated to abide by the laws and community guidelines of the platforms for which it provides content in order to promote healthy discourse and positive online spaces.

    Lakujo reserves the right to withdraw support and/or any implied or stated connection to people and/or entities who choose not to abide by this policy.

    Your privacy is important to us. At Lakujo, we do not collect any data about you unless you explicitly provide it. Data that are collected with your permission include:

    Payment information is collected at check-out. You will never be charged unless you’re expressly paying for Lakujo products. In addition, this information is collected exclusively for the purpose of providing you with excellent service.

    You will only be prompted to provide personally identifying or payment-related information in the event that you purchase or subscribe to Lakujo products or subscription plans, opt to receive our email newsletter, or participate in Lakujo events or other offers.

    Data Sharing

    Lakujo does not share your data with any third parties, with the exception of partner brands or plugins that are essential to Lakujo’s operation. Our only exception is law enforcement in the event that your data is needed during an official case. (This has never happened yet.)
